As we enter Year Five of Contract 3 we will continue to build on our foundations and achievements to date and continue implementation of the strategic framework - Whakamārama te Huarahi.
Theme 1: Embed child and youth workforce development planning processes at national, regional and local levels
This theme strengthens strategic relationships and operational links with other MOH funded WFD programmes, DHBs and DHB contracted providers (NGOs) in mental health, addictions and primary health care.

Theme 2: Align training delivery and service delivery to develop CAMHS and related workforces
