1. How do I enrol in the course?
To enrol in the course, please go to this page and download the enrolment form.

2. How do I create a new account?
Please go to this page and click on the “New Account” link and follow the instructions on the webpage.

3. How do I log into the course?
Once your account is set up, please go to this page.

Click on the Login link on the top right hand corner of the screen. Next enter your registered email address as your username and password in the login box. Once logged in, you will be directed to the course page.
Please note that according to the system, the password must have at least 8 characters, at least 1 digit(s), at least 1 lower case letter(s), at least 1 upper case letter(s), at least 1 non-alphanumeric character(s). So to make the password eligible and simple, you could have something like ‘Sunshine-3456’.
4. I forgot my password and/or username. What do I do?
Please go to this page to reset your password or retrieve your username.

On this page, please click on a button called, “Yes, help me log in”.
Next a screen called, “Forgotten password” appears and please fill in your username OR your email address and click on “Ok”. If you do not receive any emails, please contact us at elearning@werrycentre.org.nz

Once you have reset your password, please go to the e-learning course page:

Click on the “An Introduction to Child and Adolescent Mental Health” link.
5. How do I get the key for Course 1?
If your enrolment form has been processed, you should have received the access information. If not, please email us at elearning@werrycentre.org.nz and we will send it to you.
6. I have done Course 1. What is the key for the next course?
Once you have achieved at least 90% in the quiz at the end of each course, the key is provided in the feedback of the results.
If you believe you have gained at least 90% in the quiz but still cannot find the key, please let us know at elearning@werrycentre.org.nz
7. How do I obtain my certificate?
Once you have collected 5 keys upon successful completion, please email the keys to us at elearning@werrycentre.org.nz with your name you would like to see on the certificate and we will send a pdf version of it to you.
